Note: Nether world is full of deadly mobs and some of them are far stronger than the mobs that you have faced in the other normal biomes. Now all you need to do is to jump towards this purple light and you will be teleported directly to the nether world. Now after activating the nether portal, you will notice that the center space is now filled with purple-colored light which will tell you that the portal is now active. Now the next thing that is required is to activate this portal that you can do using the flint and steel that can be made using iron ingot and a flint: Note: Obsidian is very durable and can only be mined with the diamond pickaxe.Īfter collecting 10 blocks of obsidian, you can make a nether portal by following the pattern as shown below:

The black-colored blocks shown in the above image are the obsidians and you need to gather at least 10 of these to make a nether portal. So, to make one you will need to gather the obsidian stones, and one way to get them is by combining lava and water.

The nether portal is the only thing in the Minecraft game that you can use to reach the nether world and even the commands will not work to teleport you there. In the next section, we are going to tell you everything in detail about the process of upgrading diamond gears into netherite gears. For example, you can upgrade a diamond sword or chest to a netherite sword or chest using a smithing table, and gears made from other ores such as gold, iron, stone, etc.

In a nutshell, only those gears that are made of a diamond can be upgradable into netherite gears using a smithing table.
